The rooms where the water was dripping.

Spotlessly clean rooms come with good beds. Family atmosphere and private bathroom. The service was excellant here.

The location was excellent and the hotel was clean and the staff was so helpful really enjoyed my stay

The continental breakfast can be better there was no type of meat my first to see

Surprise at breakfast time

Woke up to a clean room with a comfortable bed, and I was really surprised by the variety at breakfast. The staff were friendly and went the extra mile.

The pool was under maintenance , disappointing since we had planned to use it to unwind. It would have been nice to have a heads-up prior.

Everything was great, including helpful staff and convenient location in the middle of jackson. The room we had included central heating, cable television and a writing desk. Location: the hotel was really close to Forest, MI as well as restaurants, shopping and the highway. The food was good, had a lot of options...

The room was clean and neat, and the beds were comfortable. There was a large tv, a nice touch. But I heard breakfast was not great-like bugs in the cereal. Okay room but needs some improvements on the food side.

Clean bathrooms were a plus, but the room had a smoke smell.

We stayed one night in a nice, clean Beautiful Double Room and really enjoyed the inviting atmosphere. The pool was perfect for a relaxing dip, and the breakfast spread was quite tasty with fresh options. The only hitch was a little wait at check-in, but overall it was a great experience 😊

I loved how inviting the decor was. It. The staff were super attentive, ensuring all my needs were met while I relaxed. Plus, the location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions!

The location is convenient. Despite its potential, the serious maintenance issues hinder a comfortable stay. Doors need better seals to reduce outside noise, and loud music and disturbances are a constant problem, especially in the evenings. Cleanliness in the room was commendable, but the overall experience was overshadowed by the noise and disruptions throughout the hotel.

The decor was bright and inviting. The staff were attentive and the location provided easy access to nearby attractions, ideal for seniors.

More seating in common areas would be beneficial.

I was pleasantly surprised by the super clean room and how comfortable the king-sized bed was. Breakfast was delicious, especially the biscuits and gravy!

Couple's Great Escape

Had a blast when the staff went outta their way to, they recommended a local spot for dinner that was pure gold. Breakfast was a highlight, they had these little omelette things that hit just right after long nights.

Wasn't exactly a bargain, but you get what you pay for, ya know.

We found our room comfortable after a long drive, but the check-in process was frustrating and slow. A friendly staff member later assisted us, but breakfast setup needs a rethink given the limited seating. Future guests might explore local options for dining to avoid early morning chaos.
